Our team is lead by executive chef David Neave who ensures that the team working with him has a genuine passion and commitment to Amber's ethos. His son Micheal is our Amber chef and has been with us for over a year.
This all takes place within the walls of Scotch Whisky Experience – we are dedicated to Scotland’s most famous product – Scotch whisky.
