The Castlehill Room
The impressive Castlehill Room offers a highly versatile and unique setting for receptions, scottish banquets, conferences, and business meetings.
The open marble fireplace and glittering chandeliers add atmosphere for evening events, yet the pitched ceiling with skylights gives a bright airy feel to daytime gatherings.
Large groups using the Castlehill Room can, if required, use the Blenders room for break-out purposes.
Third floor, clear height- 3.75 Dimmer -switch controlled chandeliers and spotlights. Natural daylight with black out facility available.
Blender's Room
The Blenders Room is perfect for small boardroom meetings, lunches, smaller dinners as well as workshops and seminars.
The room is also ideal for small Tutored Whisky tastings. Its large south-facing window offers a wonderful view over the historic Grassmarket towards the rolling Pentland Hills. Two skylights make this room bright and airy.

Whisky Bond Room
The Whisky Bond is an unrivalled venue for ceilidhs and party-style celebrations for up to 120 people.
The wooden floor, natural stone walls and "barrel effect" bar is ideal for get- togethers. In addition, any party is guaranteed to enjoy our choice of over 330 Malts, Grains, and Blended Whiskies.
